General assembly (Prometheus-X)

The association's general assemblies are central points in its functioning because they are the opportunity to take decisions on a set of proposals prepared upstream by the Board or other groups of members, in particular the DASES working groups.

We must therefore put in place voting methods that allow decisions to be taken on these proposals, easily and at sclae.

These modalities must in particular cover the different roles that members may have:

• strategic players
• service Provider
• data provider
• data consumer

These modalities must also make it possible to be applicable to a large number of members, remotely and asynchronously.

They must also respect our values of trust, transparency and sovereignty.
