I suggest the portal personas are :

  • Entity Manager : the human managing an entity on the portal wether it is for service consuming or providing
  • Data controller : the human accountable when the personal datas transfered within his services
  • Resource Provider : the entity providing a resource
  • Resource User : the entity using a resource
  • Federator : the portal manager
