Nowadays each university signs an agreement with other universities and students who're interested in international mobility must choose amon a limited choice.
This debate aims to explore how the vertical work on data catalog, interoperability, contractualisation etc. can provide a real solution to offer larger-scale mobility possibilities for students (and process simplification for administrations)
