What Licences should be used for the commons services?

Many infrasctrucres DASES services will be mutualized and open sourced.

Many licences exists and we need to discuss what range of licences could be applicable.

GitHub (a Microsoft company) has developped a tool to help understand and choose a licence: https://choosealicense.com/

This coul be a starting point for our discussion

Currently, there is a vote for Aave protocol (decentralized deposit and borrowing assets) : link
